Resiliency is what guarantees your ability to survive and thrive regardless of any challenges thrown your way. This course explores keys that lead both individuals and organizations to success. Through use of a resiliency assessment tool, learners will identify gaps in their own resilient behavior and delve into various practices that effectively address those gaps. Learners will also examine the impact of organizational culture on personal resiliency. Finally, learners will examine case studies and best practices used to increase resiliency of organizations.

In a world that is becoming more connected through globalization and technology, professionals need to prepare themselves to develop and maintain effective and respectful relationships with individuals from different backgrounds or with different worldviews. In this interactive course, learners will gain a greater understanding of how our minds processes information, how it draws conclusions, and how those conclusions impact organizational culture. By increasing their awareness and knowledge of what is currently referred to as cultural intelligence, learners will create their own set of actions that will promoting greater and more rewarding engagement and inclusion within a culturally diverse work environment.
